Hours
A full brand rebuild added six figures in monthly revenue in 90 days

Shoulder Hoodie in black, editorial model, size selector Hours Collection Shopify homepage and product page design for men's streetwear brand

Notes

  • Hours Collection needed a complete brand identity built from scratch across four product lines: Blanks, Signature, Graphics, and Accessories. Roman the Founder wanted the brand to outgrow its Instagram origins and establish a lasting audience presence. Shovel designed a wordmark, type system, and color palette, then extended that identity across the Shopify store, email, and new app launch before building the full site.
  • Ninety days post-launch, conversion rate climbed +4% and average order value climbed +4%, producing six figures in additional monthly revenue at current traffic levels. The build also earned a Site of Sites feature.
  • Shovel now runs ongoing design CRO for Hours Collection, testing layout, content comparisons, and UX changes against live store data. Early test rounds are reshaping how the team approaches PDP and collection page design.

Founder

"I’m very thoroughly impressed… you’ve understood the brand from a perspective that sometimes feels like it’s like an internal dialogue… I think it captured our minimalism but made it feel very premium."
